www.openutility.com and piclo.uk (and associated publicly available websites) are websites operated by Open Utility Ltd (“we” or “us”). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08384033 and have our registered office at 35 Holland Grove, London, United Kingdom, SW9 6ER. Our VAT number is 184 9494 52.

Open Utility is a company with a mission to help transition to a future where distributed renewables and smart systems power our businesses, homes and schools. Our sites describe who we are and what we do. In particular we offer a platform and services under the trading name “Piclo”.

By using our sites you accept these terms

These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tell you the terms and conditions on which you may make use of our sites. Use of our sites includes accessing, browsing and submitting requests or information.

Access to our sites is currently made available free of charge.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our sites will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You must not misuse our sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. Where our sites contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our sites.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
